The JOE FOX RAM RELAYS (for CHSAA schools ONLY) will be held on Saturday December 3, 2005, beginning at 8:45 AM 
Tentative for 2005:  Due to facilities conflicts, there will be no field events this year, unless space at Fordham Prep becomes available.  We will notify coaches if we can hold events there. 

 

 

COACHES MEMO
—First of all, thanks for coming to "what seems like the hundredth" Joe Fox Ram Relays.
—Maximum of 2 Events per athlete
—Check-ins for all running events will be on court near starting line, except for hurdles, which be clerked at the hurdle start (SE corner of fieldhouse).
—Please take note of the "Direction sheet for the relay cards" ——no seed=last heat.
__Medals to top 6 in all events

**If you have a very good seed & want to "assist" in the setting up of the heats, please do so.

—Concerning the athletes:

1) Remind them to check in early
2) Please tell them to be "aware" crossing the track
3) Keep the track clear—especially on the turns
4) When they're leaving, please ask them to clean up
5) This year, we've enlarged our concession items—enjoy!!
6) ABSOLUTELY NO SPIKES CAN BE USED IN ANY EVENTS

PICK UP YOUR MEDALS & RESULTS>THEY SHOULD BE READY 10 MINUTES AFTER THE EVENT.
